Joseph Gormley was confirmed by the United States Senate as President of Ginnie Mae National Mortgage Association.

The U.S. Senate confirmed Joseph Gormley as President of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). Gormley, who has served as Ginnie Mae’s EVP and COO since April 2025, will lead efforts to connect the U.S. housing market with global capital markets and provide low-cost financing for federal housing programs.
